First off, the Powerkit – available for all turbo models – uses two new titanium turbochargers and a remapping of the car’s engine management system to boost the power output to 397 kW, while peak torque is upped to 750 Nm (800 Nm with the overboost function available with the Sport Chrono package).

The added power results in a marginally quicker top speed of 305 km/h, compared with the 303 km/h of the standard Panamera Turbo, while the zero to 100 km/h sprint takes just 0.1 seconds less at 3.8 seconds. Porsche claim fuel economy remains unchanged at 12.2 l/100km.

We’re all used to seeing Porsche racecars finishing first, but it’s usually a 911 driver popping the champagne corks on the podium. Fabrizio Giovanardi has changed all that, taking N Technology’s Panamera S to its maiden victory at the recent Superstars race in Italy. How cool would it be to see a Panamera in DTM trim? Come on, Porsche!

Driven by Fabrizio Giovanardi, the N.Technology Panamera posted a time of 28:55.886 which was 2.083 seconds faster than the runner up. Unfortunately, during the second race Giovanardi was involved in an accident that affected the car’s steering and knocked it out of contention.

First on the ‘tequipment’ list are the 19 inch Sport Classic wheels featuring the 5-spoke design with the rim star painted in black and for which production will be limited to only 250 units. These new rims come wrapped in new tires (235/35 ZR 19 – front and 305/30 ZR 19 – rear) and pricing per set is 5,569 Euros.
