JOLENE SNG, 28, is a stay-home mother of one daughter and is currently based in Houston, Texas due to her husband’s work posting. Previously driving a Volkswagen Golf GTI mk V, Jolene now drives a Porsche Cayenne S Transsyberia which she recently attained in January 2010.

Auto i: Who picked this car and why?
Jolene: It was my choice! I initially wanted the Porsche Cayenne GTS but while I was car shopping, I came across the Cayenne S Transsyberia. They are pretty much the same car I think, but the Transsyberia edition looked different. It has a stylish and unique exterior with its orange trims on black that is extended throughout the interior. I really liked this combination of colours – Black leather and Alcantara upholstery, even the steering wheel was lined in Alcantera.

Porsche Cayenne S Transsyberia 2010 Full Inyection Car

Porsche has dominated the off-road racing seen with its modified Cayenne S, winning the 4,400-mile Transsyberia rally for the past three years in a row.  To commemorate this achievement, the German sports car maker has created a special edition 2010 Cayenne that it will be previewing at the Paris Motor Show next month, dubbed the Cayenne S Transsyberia.

Stylistically, the new Cayenne’s aggressive looks match its engine power.  Each Cayenne S Transsyberia will come standard with a roof-mounted light bar, special side graphics, and color-coordinated 18-inch wheels, rear spoiler, skid plates and air intakes. Exterior color combinations include Black/Orange, Crystal Silver Metallic/Orange, Black/Meteor Grey and Meteor Grey Metallic/Crystal Silver Metallic. These color combinations carry through to the interior, and where there is also a 12 o’clock mark on the steering wheel as a tribute to the SUV’s racing roots.
